What is the Pet Lovers! experience?
It’s a relaxed, private portrait session created especially for people who cherish their pets. Whether in studio or on location, every session is designed to celebrate the bond you share through timeless, beautiful imagery.

Each setting offers a different feel—studio for clean, classic portraits; outdoor for candid, lifestyle imagery.
How long is the session?
We never rush. Sessions typically last 1–2 hours, giving your pet time to settle in and shine. We move at their pace to make sure the experience is fun and stress-free.
Can I be in the photos with my pet?
Of course! Whether you want just a few images or an entire series together, we’ll capture the love between you and your best friend.
What should I bring to the session?
Bring treats, a favorite toy, a leash or harness (especially for outdoor sessions), and any accessories you love—like a cute bandana or cozy blanket. I’ll send you a session prep guide after booking to help you feel fully prepared.
How do I choose my final images?
After your session, we’ll move straight into a relaxed image reveal. This same-day process allows you to view your pet’s portraits while the connection and energy are still fresh. I’ll walk you through your options and help you select the images that best tell your story. Everything happens in one beautifully streamlined visit.
What kind of prints and products do you offer?
Every session includes one complimentary mounted Giclée print. From there, you can choose from a curated selection of fine art prints, framed wall art, digital files, and custom albums. I’ll guide you through all the options during your Reveal.
Can I order additional prints or gifts?
Absolutely! Many clients order gift prints for family or add wall art and albums to their collection. Everything is crafted with archival-quality materials designed to last.
Do you photograph more than one pet?
Yes—multiple pets from the same household are always welcome. I’ll photograph them together and individually to capture their personalities and connection.
What if my pet is shy or doesn’t behave?
That’s totally normal. With 40 years of portrait experience and a calm, patient approach, I know how to work with all kinds of personalities. We’ll give your pet the space and time they need to relax and feel comfortable.
How much does it cost?
Each Pet Lovers! session is thoughtfully designed around you and your pet. Because every session is unique, full pricing details are shared after you complete the brief submission form. It only takes a moment—and helps ensure we provide the most relevant information for your session.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
The session fee is paid upfront to reserve your date. I understand that life happens, especially with pets, so I offer one complimentary reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice. If weather impacts an outdoor session, we’ll work together to find a new date that keeps everyone comfortable and safe. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! A Pet Lovers! session makes a heartfelt, one-of-a-kind gift. Let me know, and I’ll create a beautifully presented gift certificate ready to deliver or mail.
